I would hate for others to get that same response. It was such a silly little thing that could have been a great opportunity to show customer appreciation by just resending the items. And in the case of the art card for my 9th cruise, at least an explanation of why they couldn't resend it. But I did finally receive the magnet and I am still happy to display it
I admit, I was thinking about cancelling our cruise for next year when I first read it (not so much out of spite but out of concern that I could not depend on Guest Services in the future). But the only people I would be hurting if I did that was DS (he is looking forward to it).
DCL would love it if I cancelled because they could resell the room easily at a higher price since that cruise is nearly full already
