Surprise!

What is the best option for a surprise wedding? I have been engaged for 3 years and keep putting off getting married. We have a trip to Disney planned for May and thought it would be nice to surprise him. It will just be me, him, and our 2 kids and all I would like to do is get the license and just have someone officiate. No wedding or anything.

The Memories package offers just a ceremony for up to 4 people. No cake, no champagne, no real frills. Very simple & very intimate.
You could afterwards go to a nice dinner to celebrate, you can even get a small cake at the Bakery at the Boardwalk. (Or cupcakes, that would be fun)
