Heading down Main Street; it looks crowded, but its not. They dispersed quickly.

Is this open yet? Or will it by Nov? I will have 2 girls that will look very forward to this if it is!

Skies still dark; it is misting a bit, but look at the empty park!

See that young woman CM? She and a few others were guarding the entrance to the New Fantasyland. I approached her very nicely, with a smiling Kadence ( I told her to smile sweetly as if her life depended on it) and asked if they were going to be letting any public quests in the area today, as only AP previews were happening at this time. She said no, not at this time but check back later. We thanked her, and kept walking.

So on we go, John and Kadence jumping like kangaroos. He may kill me if he finds out I posted these, so keep it on the down low please! LOL

Then apparently dancing in the vast empty space was the next activity.

Where is everyone? I think they were afraid of getting a bit wet.

Next, Small world, walk-on with no one else in our boat!

Next up! Haunted Mansion!

Wait, Kadence hadn’t been on it ever and was scared, she’s my Chicken butt, so we did what any good parent does, and we bribed her. (Later she picked out a Baby Rapunzel doll as a treat) A nice treat to ride it, she could squeeze between us and close her eyes the whole time!

Ok fine! To kinda let her have a bit of fun, we took the interactive queue. I told her to look like the children, what do you think?

She started playing with the instruments, and having fun, Whew!

No one wanted to speak to the dead, so we headed on inside. Kadence glued herself right to me, and had a hold of John’s shirt.LOL

Soon we were Foolish Mortals with no way out of the stretching room!

So how’'d she do you ask? She loved it!! What a silly girl I have, most time things she bulks at, she ends up liking once she tries them. We’'d be back!

It was one if the most empty days I've ever been at MK ever! But not later in the day.

Thanks! She begs to wear it a lot, but so far I've been keeping it only for church and the once in a while special reason. She's gotta wear it in Nov!

Been checking up on your TR! Looks like yall had a great trip! And I'm reading Jen's TR, so it's like getting a double dose of both of yall's trips

I can agree with Kadence about being scared of HM! I've ridden it several times, but try desperately to avoid (usually get wrangled in by my crew to ride lol). I have a phobia of antiques and especially old portraits, so HM can lead to anxiety attacks. I usually close my eyes and try to enjoy the theme music

We really had a wonderful trip, and yes Jen makes multiple appearances in ours...or do we make appearances in hers?

My DH hadn't ever rode it before, because he usually stayed outside with her while I rode, so it was a first for both of them!

A quick stop to lock my family in the stocks. John complained he had to take off his hat. Waaa!

Moving on,

Soon Kadence and I were on a runaway train with the softly falling mist become like hard pellets in our face. Reminder me to never ride a coaster in the rain again!

She liked it though. Kind of a creepy grin if you ask me!

Soon we were back safe, and good thing because it started raining a bit harder. Poncho time! Still no one in the park!

Next up Pirates! With no wait time, Score!!

So we get a boat all to ourselves, in fact we get the whole group of boats all to ourselves! So I did a naughty, bad thing.

I took flash pictures! No one was in the front of us and or behind, so there wasn’t anyone to offend, so I committed a dark ride sin. Please don’t shoot me!

So, on a scale of 1 to 10, how much trouble am I in?

This criminal and family left Pirates under a wave of shame. As we were slinking away, I saw the meet and greet sign for Tinkerbelle and Periwinkle, it was opening at 9:30 and Kadence had really wanted to meet them so out of the light rain and into the building. There were some people inside but it didn’t look to bad, and we really only waited about 20 mins.

This was a very nice meet. They spent lots of time and interacted great. We got lots of pictures form PP and I took some as well.

As we came out of the m&g, the skies were starting to clear, YAY! Let me tell you that was the only rain we had the whole trip. Lucky!

This was our lucky day

I knew Tink was meeting with her sister, but I didn't know where until I saw the sign. The CM inside had said that the lines were long usually all day, but the rain had been keeping people from coming to the park so early. Right now I have no clue where she meets, but I better find out as Justice is a Tink fan and she is making a list of those characters she wants to meet.

I love an empty park, and really I've only gone to Disney during low crowd times, so I don't know how I'd handle a crazy park closing crowd like Christmas Day!


We are very excited about our next trip, and someday soon ill even give a little PTR info about it.

BTMR is her favorite ride, well tied with TSM. I'm so glad she rode HM, especially since John was able to finally ride it.

Oh my word! I can't believe how empty the park was. So empty that there was room to do kangaroo hopping and dancing! Love it!

I've been guilty of taking flash pictures on Pirates too so I'm not going to scold you one little bit. Great pictures by the way!
