surprise vow renewals

We are taking a trip in April 2015. It will be me my DW, DD and her BFF. I was thinking of surprising my DW with a surprise vow renewal. We had planned to do it last year on our 20th however it was a very difficult year for us and we could not manage it. Can any of you offer some suggestions and maybe a realistic budget I should plan for? TIA

For a small gathering such as yours, you have two choices with a pretty set budget:
Memories: This is the smallest package and starts at $2495 and includes a bouquet, a violinist, some photography and a limo.
Escape Escape has a few more options for locations and includes a cake and champagne toast. It starts at $5,500.

However, his wife ultimately had to be told about the surprise and was glad she had some warning. I think a lot depends on how particular your wife is about girly stuff. For example, I am extremely particular and would never do a Disney vow renewal without professional hair and makeup services and a months-long search for a dress.

If your wife is more laid-back and would just love the opportunity to renew her vows to you regardless of what she's wearing or whether her hair is done, she might be thrilled by the surprise and so grateful to you for planning it!

Thanks for the replies....so here's the deal....my wife is not that particular....however...I have booked High Tea and the GF during our trip. My thought was we could use that as an excuse to get dolled up and then I would say, "let go for a walk around the grounds"....then lead her to what I hoped would be the wedding chapel....the problem is there is a large difference in the cost between the memories package and the escape package....and the venue that comes with the memories package at the GF is less the stellar.....especially compared to the venues with the escape package...question is, isn't there an a la Carte menu to choose from....there doesn't seem to be that option on the Disney Wedding site.....

Unfortunately not. There is the Wishes Collection but not only is that even more than Escape, it also has a party size minimum. There are other non-Disney locations but I'm not so sure there would be much price difference for a small party. Plus they would possibly be even more difficult to pull off as a surprise. One option could be Characters in Flight if you guys are into the idea of a hot air balloon ride . . .(Though that page doesn't make clear if the price of the ride is additional or not, it might be)
