Surprise Trip Announcement & Chef Mickey invite

Would love to get a letter for a surprise trip to Disney World.
The trip is May 13-17 in a pirate theme room at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort for Dana, Wendel, & Katara.
Mickey & Minnie are the favorites, the whole Disney crew would be great or I am open to anyone on the letter because the trip is a Christmas gift so I know it is getting kind of last minute.

Also if possible a Chef Mickey invitation for Wednesday May 15 at 1:30.
First time doing this so if I am missing something please let me know.
