Hey - checking in here. I haven't started much beyond sketching out my ideas & some things designed on my Gypsy. That's half the job, just figuring out what to make! I want to finish up the Holidays swap first before I get cutting these.

I pulled some papers yesterday before we went to the panto but we had another big dump of white stuff so instead of working on these while Dh went to work we built two big snowmen and then cleared the drive and the run-up so hopefully DH will be able to get the car out tomorrow - after it took my nephew an hour to get back from the mall (less thn 3 miles) on the bus DH was not going to risk the car on teh crazy roads

He is finally on the upswing!!! We have had a really rough week! I actually started to wish I had never done the surgery! I know in the long-run he will feel better, but for now it's been tough! And, on top of all that, his 6 year molars started to break through and were bothering him. Then, the night before the surgery, he was playing with his sister and they decided to see how high up the staircase they could handle jumping from. Well, he jumped and landed on his feet (with no cushion) on the wood floor...next morning was limping into the hospital for surgery but didn't tell us about the game...all week was laying around and on codeine so feeling no pain...now off codeine and walking around...can't put weight on it!!!!! So, as soon as we get our driveway and road cleared from our storm we just got, we have to go to the Dr's for an x-ray!!! This kid is a walking disaster right now!!! So, we'll see what happens with that! But, thanks for all the well wishes and I'll keep you guys updated!
