I am checking in a bit early if that's ok...I haven't been able to hit the boards as much lately- December is a busy month for the family (besides the hub-bub of Christmas, we have 3 birthdays spread throughout the month, mine, my mom's and my sister's. craziness.)

I haven't started this swap yet. I have one more group left in the Holiday swap and then I will start scrappin!

As for me, I have all of my ideas sketched out...supplies are here (because I have committed to just using scraps except for the pages)...I just have to start!! I will be getting started at least cutting next week!!

Yeah...that's my plan. I may start cutting next week so I can assemble when time, but not really getting down and dirty until the holidays are pretty much over!!! At least you guys are started!!

LOL Yep...check-in time...not really expecting a ton of progress...there is still so much time! You are the paper queen, huh? I feel the same way...it's all so pretty...I need to buy it...but don't want to use it...then I wouldn't have it anymore!! I think my 2011 resolution will be to use scrap stuff I have already and buy a lot less!!! And, I am going to try to be more patient and the best mom and wife I can be! The weight loss resolution...that's a constant so I don't even count that one anymore! LOL OK...sidetrack over!

I had you checked in from your update a couple days ago So you are the super swapper that is checked in twice now! And, I can predict that you will be the first person to use the items you get back!

I was going to ask about pictures. Since it is a surprise, you don't want us to post pictures I understand. Are you going to post some after you receive everyone's goodies then? Do you want us to take pictures to post for you?

My problem is I am using up some scraps (probably should be using more scraps than I am but I too have a paper addiction), but I am not making a set for myself (at least the mini-kits). Then I like how something turns out, and I want to keep it !! I think, why didn't I think of that when I used this paper before! At least if I have a picture- I can remember an idea. Yes...I plan to post pictures (a slideshow) I think it will be when everything is mailed. Maybe I will take a poll from the participants and se where they stand. I don't want to ruin anyone's surprise...but want to be sure to let everyone see all the great stuff that came out of the swap! Either way, I will post pictures of everything....it's just a matter of when!!

I just have my Group Q DCA to work on, have to figure out what to make...taking a break til next week I think all my creativity is gone, plus need to clean up my messy room for our party on Sunday.

Thanks, having three couples and 3 kids, we are going to be cozy and crazy with the kiddos running around. Have to make sure the kiddos have enough room to play in the scrap room, so putting everything away!
