Surprise Shirt!?

I am surprising my 5 year old son with a trip to Disney!! (A little one-on-one time that is greatly needed)
I was hoping that I could get some assistance in making a shirt that I could put on him at the airport to tell him where we're going. I know I saw something on here, but I don't remember where. Any assistance is greatly appreciated! TIA!!
