Last summer you DLR vets were so crucial to helping me plan a 2 week California vacation/business trip. Well, last month I received notice that I would be heading back to Anaheim for the NAMM Show. I will be there from January 16-20. Any free time I have ;) will be spent at DLR.

I would love to know if there are any holiday things still around at that time. Also, since this is MLK weekend, will the parks be more crowded, like they are at WDW? Thanks once again!

All the holidays decorations will be gone and the HM will be closed while they remove the Jack Skellington overlay. Also, IASW will be start its 9 month rehab. I would expect larger crowds over the MLK weekend, but not unmanageable.

IASW Holiday will still be operating during the dates you are there. It doesn't go down for its long refurb until Jan 22.

Thanks for the responses... :)

I thought I was correct in my research that said IASW would still be up and running and I was assuming that it would still have the holiday overlay. :goodvibes It might be my only time to ever see that.

Sorry, my mistake. IASW will still be open Jan 16-20 and should still have the Xmas overlay.
