Surprise Gifts in Disney

A few years ago, my mom arranged someone to come on pirates of the caribbean and give my dad a surprise cannonball "that hit our boat". I was wondering if anyone knew who that was and how to find out about it. Or if anyone knows of any other cute ideas to surprise someone with at Disney!

We used Gifts of a lifetime a few years ago for DD's 5th bday. they arranged a scavenger hunt in MK for her gifts but they have other stuff too. giftsofalifetime.com
