Surprise for Nieces Need Suggestions

Hi everyone, I was wondering if you could help me. My nieces will be going to Disney for the very first time this October and I want to help create some magic for them. They both have fall birthdays and instead of gifts I want to have either something sent to their rooms or set up like a tea party, or if I remember correctly doesn't one of the resorts have a Adventure with Peter Pan and Wendy?? My one niece is 14 and the other is 7. All suggestions would be so appreciated.
