Surprise Disneyland letter

I'm looking for a surprise letter as I'll be taking my 7 year old daughter, Emilie to Disneyland for her very first time in late Oct. She lost her mom 6 months ago and 2019 hasn't been very magical so trying to change that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Do you still need a surprise letter? Are y'all eating at any Disney restaurants?
