Surprise Design

I have checked some designer's photobucket sites. But has anyone created a Disney design for a surprise trip. I found one with Mike from Monster's Inc that said, "Surprise, we are going to Disney World now!" but I am not sure who created it. I am planning on using that one for my son. But I would like something a little girly for my daughter. Is anyone up for the challenge?

There are a few surprise designs on here. Check rumblytumbly's photobucket..I know it was not too long ago there were a few other talented designers that made some..good luck..I made one that has a plane and minnie and mickey in it that said, Surprise you are going to Disney World with the date..and I am dreadfully sorry that I don't remember who designed it...
