Surprise at check in question?

My DIL is taking my grandkids to Disney from April 26-30 and staying at ASM.
I would love to have something for them at check in as a surprise does anyone have any suggestions and how I would go about doing this?

So when I went with my niece, I bought cheap Disney stuff at Dollar Store and wrapped them up like mail addressed to her. We called it Tinkermail. Every day at random times a package was delivered to her. Sometimes I'd get a willing CM to do it. Sometimes it would just be outside her door. It was loads of fun and helped cut down on the souvenir impulses she had.

You might also be able to order a balloon bouquet or edible arrangement?

There might also be non-Disney businesses that do this sort of thing without the Disney up charge but I’m not familiar with them.
