surfing typhoon lagoon

hi all, im goin to disney world at easter and weve booked for me and my friend to go surfing at typhoon lagoon. i'm really excited but wondered if anyone had done it. if so was it good? what did you do? any tips for me?

i did not go to typhoon lagoon but i went to blizzard beach and that was fantastic summit plumit omg it was fun!!!

My mom got knocked off her feet when we went in that wave pool. Also make sure to go swimming with the sharks.

I haven't done it, but I read in a guide book that it was AWESOME! HAVE FUN and let us know how it is! Have you ever surfed before?

i did it on my 12th birthday!! it was fun, but you have to get up really early. they teach you how to do your footing before you get in the water. its really hard to get up on your feet, it looks really easy but it really isnt. but i did get up once!!! it was fun, i think you will have alot of fun!!. they also tell you when to get onto the board when you are paddleing out.

thanx i think thati definately will like it, but we have to get up earlier because of extra magic hours. we have to be there at 5.45 in the morning! i am really excited
anybody got any other tips about the surfing?
