OMG that would be the icing on the cake, paid my final payment on friday £900, the virgin website crashed 3 times whilst making the payment, next thing I got 3 emails thanking me for the £900, except altogether that was £2700!ouch, alas I`ve spoken to them this morning and £1800 returned. Phew.

I think it would get resolved before going to strike, I get the feeling Virgin could not weather strikes in the same way BA did, just nowhere near as big plus BA had at least one airport still running.

If you search for the forum where all the pilots hang out, they're pretty cheesed off though, there is unrest because of the Airbus planes and speculation cheaper pilots are being shipped in from other airlines rather than promoting the long serving First Officers to Captain. It's more than just pay that has brought this about I suspect.
