but why would i when i've got the experts at my disposal right here!
like so many i've purchased ssr back in october and i'll have to pay the piper soon.whatever the grace period was/is , i'm sure it's coming to an end.now, my question is:will ms notify me as to my pay-date or will i be cancelled if i miss the deadline?

In all the paperwork you signed, there were copies for you. One of those copies is the payment schedule if you are financing thru DVC. Once you deed is officially recorded you will receive notice when your payments are to start. I can't remember how much in advance mine were, but I believe at least a month.

When I bought BCV in March 2002, payments didn't begin until August. Since SSR opens in mid-May/June timeframe, you are probably looking at July for a payment start, but that is a total guess on my part.

Check your copies of the paperwork for that payment sheet and that will give you some info.
