Suprise Trip!

My husband has a lot of vacation time that he will lose at the end of the year. I called one of his co-workers and got his bosses number. I got some days cleared and booked a trip for just the two of us. We are leaving on Dec 10 and coming home on the 15th. I plan on waking him up that morning and going.

Between the grandmothers and a few aunts and uncles, the kids will be taken care of. Everyone is so excited to be in on it. His boss wants to make sure that DH knows that he was in on it. I think everyone knows how much DH has been working lately.

What a great idea! You are an awesome wife. Guess you have a lot of "secret" planning to do to get everything booked and ready. Don't miss the Candlelight Procession. DH and I love to go by ourselves in December. You can really enjoy the Christmas decorations and the fun of the season without running from ride to ride or Character to Character. There are some really great tours, but one of our favorite things to do is resort hop one day to visit all of the premier resorts to see the decorations. We also enjoyed roaming around Epcot at that time of year. Have fun.

Right now I have Wed, Sat, and Sun. booked at SSR and am waitlisted for Thurs, and Fri. I also waitlisted the whole trip at BLT because it is DH's favorite. I don't think that we will get BLT but I am pretty hopeful that we will get the other two days at SSR. I got a one bedroom so that should up my chances vs a studio.
