Superstar character breakfast - help, please!!!

Hello everyone! I'm from Brazil and this will be the first time our family is going to Universal Studios. Last December I bought on line 3 tickets to "Superstar Character Breakfast" for June, 20 - our daughter's 5th birthday.
Few days later, the tickets arrived and then I realized there was no date printed on them. I called that number to make the hour and table reservations but they told me that it was to soon and I'd have to call again in the following month. So I called in January, February, March and April and every single time I got the same directions. Finally, in the first week of May, my husband called and was told to call again the following week. So he did, but we got the unpleasent notice that there were no more tables avaliable, due to Transformers opening!! After a long conversation, we accepted the reservation for the next day (June, 21 - party of 3), but we got an e-mail confirming a party of 2!!!! We called again and asked for a refund. They said that we'd get a credit card refund (in the same credit card that was used to pay) in 5 to 10 days. It happened 15 days ago, but up to this moment there is no refund... So, we'd spent money, got no reservations and no refund. What should we do?

some homies report they have to go thru a full billing cycle before a refund shows up.

kind of determines what cycle your have for your billing dates and the date UO processed the refund.

i have gone thru the refund situations and did not have any issues.
when my refunds were submitted to my cc, it was within the billing dates and posted right away.

you can send an email to inquire about the refund.
list the dates you called and were told it was done.


sometimes a heads up is needed.
 
I'd call them again. I'm sorry that you had to go through all of that aggravation and get absolutely nothing out of it but more aggravation.
 
yes, a phone call is the fastest way but since you are in another country, an email would be cheaper for you.
