Supermarket between LGB & GC

Looking for a supermarket, Target, Walmart etc. between LGB & GC to pick up water, breakfast food and snacks. We will have a car. TIA

We have flown into LGB that last two times and drive the surface streets to DLR. On the trip from LGB to DLR there are 2 or 3 Ralph's supermarkets...just keep your eyes peeled.

If you drive from the LGB airport to the GC on Katella (Willow in Long Beach), there is a Target in the city of Cypress. It is at the corner of Katella and Knott which is about half way to the GC. There are a few grocery stores along the same route as well as a Costco. The grocery store I would recommend is the Albertson's at the corner of Katella and Brookhurst.
