So, I had another dream about park bags last night....I've got major park bag anxiety.

Day 6.
*Animal Kingdom @ Rope Drop. Mom has never been to AK, so I am pretty excited about seeing her reaction.
Things I want to make sure that Mom experiences are...
*The Safari
*Finding Nemo
*Expedition Everest, hoping that she'll go on it with me.
*Animal Trails
*CS Lunch. We have talked about doing that new picnic option at AK. We'll decided that dayy.
*Break at All Star Music.
*Epcot EMH's 9 - 12AM. I keep teasing Mom that she won't be able to keep up with me but she thinks it will be the other way around. In all honesty, I don't know how long we will last since we have a very early ADR the next morning.
*CS Dinner. I'm hoping to indulge in some World Showcase yumminess and maybe some alcoholic yumminess too.

I'm not a huge Pizza fan in general...even Disney pizza. The only pizza I truly love is Pizza Hut. I think the picnic might be a fun option, the other CS Mom wants to try is Yak N' Yeti so I think it's between those too.

I read somewhere the other day that all those great drinks they have in the sit-down part of Yak and Yeti are also available at the counter service. I am so excited at the prospect of another Avalanche.

RE the Bag, you are the only one I know who has turned the search for a park bag into the search for the holy grail. Ya better hurry up! Only 29 more days to find it! Probably when you least expect it.

Your list of things for AK looks just right. The shows will be great to see!

I feel so badly for you in your quest for the perfect bag---I know it took me 3 trips to find my perfection in a bag---my lovely hipster---but I know that won't work for you this time around because of Nobby. I feel angst for you!!! Hope it works out!

Day 7 looks great. AK is really growing on me. I can't wait to go back. I'm sure your mom will love it. The picnic option is intriguing to me too. I saw pics of the fried chicken option and it looks like a ton of food. Their servings sizes are odd though. Why is the smallest increment you can order in, food for 3?

Oooh, Jackie - good tip on the drinks at Y&Y counterservice. There is a Yak Attack with my name on it! I also want to try the Dawa bar. So many drinks, so little time.

A review of the picnic said there was plenty of the big stuff - chicken, wraps, etc., but that the side item portions were small. Just FYI as you plan.

I agree, AK is growing on me too. I especially miss it since we never made there in September. I am not a huge fried chicken fan, I think we'd go with the wraps. I figure we can save the last wrap or maybe even split it depending on how early we eat, we could skip breakfast.

This is going to probably make you laugh, but have you made a LIST of what characteristics a perfect bag would have? Maybe that will help clear your mind and focus in on finding it. Well, it's super cute BUT when I put all of my park things in it minus Nobby, it was so freaking heavy. I think the pink scarf doesn't absorb the weight of the bag very well so it hangs down really low and cuts into my shoulder.
