Supercallifragilistic-ADR'sApproachUs! May '09 PTR *Trip Report has Begun! Pg. 208*

I almost didn't post that picture because it still freaks me out too! I'm going to be much more organized in the hotel room so they won't touch my toothbrush again. :lmao:

My DH laughs at me because I always put my toothbrush up when I am done because I dont want anyone scrubbing the toilet with it. He thinks I am crazy-and maybe he is right. But, hey its my toothbrush!!:rotfl:

Cute towel animals! Do you know in all the times we have been to Disney, we have NEVER gotten towel animals? :( (And we do tip mousekeeping). Maybe this year will be our lucky year.

We tip also and have stayed at Pop, CSR, POFQ, and WL and the only one we got towel animals at was POFQ. We got several including 2 crabs, a penguin, and a birds nest with 2 birdies inside. I guess thats why so far out of all the resorts we have stayed at POFQ is my favorite. DH loves CSR, but they did not give me towel animals.:sad2: Of course, you understand I would not be so upset except it disappoints DS-yeah right!! :rotfl:

I don't think that is crazy at all! :thumbsup2

In Two Weeks and 6 Days.... ;)

Day 4.
*Rope Drop at DHS, this will be at 8AM since it's a Morning EMH's.
*Ride Toy Story Mania as much as possible.
*Enjoy the other attractions as time permits.
*Lunch at Hollywood Brown Derby
*Jen Departs around 3PM. :sad2:
I have a few choices for the evening...
1. Stay at DHS, do some character greetings.
2. Take boat to Boardwalk, dinner @ Beaches & Cream
3. Head to Epcot & World Showcase it up.
4. Head to AKL to explore & then to Animal Kingdom for EMH's 5 -8PM

Right now I am leaning towards option #4. Who knows what I will feel when the time actually comes. :thumbsup2

Day 5.
I have two choices for Day 5, which is my only full solo day.
1. Hollywood Studios at Park Opening
2. Magic Kingdom for EMH's at 8AM.
I'm leaning towards #2 right now since my plans for Day 6 changed a bit.
CS Lunch
Break at ASMusic.
*Perhaps see if I can squeeze in a dinner at California Grill at the bar. I'm going to play this by ear, depending on how the money situation is going and if I feel like getting a bit dressed up. :thumbsup2
*If not, CS Dinner
Then I have some more choices...
1. Magic Kingdom, watch Spectromagic @ 9PM
2. Hollywood Stuidos, watch Fantasmic @ 9PM
3. Epcot, EMH's 9-12AM.
I think #2 is the least likely and that I might hit up Spectro at 9 and then head over to Epcot. That is what I am feeling right now.

THE CHALLENGE!
Here is the challenge/wager/bet. Please post your answer and the winner, the closest guess without going over will win a prize...if you give me your address. :rotfl2:

HOW MANY PICTURES OF LIGHT FIXTURES WILL I TAKE?

I have thought about this, it will be how many pictures I take, not how many light fixtures that are photographed....make sense? I think that will be harder for me to keep track of. When I get home, I will be able to just count how many light fixture pictures I have total. I will say that sometimes I do take multiple photos of the same light in order to get a better picture or different angle, so please take that into consideration.

*All guesses must be in no later than May 15th.
*You only get one guess.
*You can't guess a number that has already been guessed.

Oh, this is going to be a hard thing to guess! It's like the jellybeans in a jar. Hmmm, I am going to say that you will take 153 photos of light fixtures.

Okay LL if it isn't pictures of school bread that get me drooling and make my eyes pop, it would have to be photos of the WILDERNESS LODGE which is where we will be in 43 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here I am tredding away and I feel like a gerbil... must... get....to....Wilderness....
;)
Okay now that that is out of my system, regarding YOUR plans for those two days, I like your ideas, and I think you should go to the parks that you don't think your mom is all that keen about, so you get your fill. And that includes dinner at Cali Grill, b/c even if it is an appy and a driink, you can see WISHES from there -- and if you are not going with mom, you might enjoy that solo. :goodvibes

Whatever you decide, it will be great fun I am sure.

RE your lighting fixture game... I will think on it.

Love the challenge! What a neat idea. I'm going to have to give it a bit more thought- see if I can come up with a strategy. Afterall, "I'm in it to win it" :lmao:

Now, as to your plans... the choices you have are almost impossible to make! Beaches n' Cream OR World Showcase OR AK at night?! :scared1: Ummm.. how 'bout d)all of the above? :confused3 But seriously, I think I'd be inclined to select as you did AK at night -- especially after hearing all the positive things CP, Paula and others have to say about AK! ::yes::

Adore the possibility of the Cali Grill for a solo dinner. Although I was just reading that the flatbreads are off the menu for a time due to a fire in the special oven they use? :headache:

I think Cali, walk over to see Spectro and then hop on the monorail over to Epcot sounds terrific!! :thumbsup2 But you're absolutely right, you have to leave some room to see what you feel like doing. No matter what it will be fantastic!!! :woohoo::yay::dance3::yay::woohoo:

UPDATE: I'm going with 260 light fixture pictures!

212 pictures of the light fixtures... you will be exploring a lot of places that I think you can find great ones at....

So many options, it will be fun to read what you actually do .

LL! You HAVE to go to Evening AK. It was possibly one of the best things I have ever done at Disney. We had the park to ourselves, we rode EE so many times with no wait I got sick and the park was just GORGEOUS!

More importantly around 6:30ish we hopped on the safari--no wait of course! And the animals were crazy! They were all out so close. We took a tour earlier and our guide suggested doing this because the animals want to go to their night pens and get antsy. They sure did. It was the BEST safari I have ever taken. We saw the cheetahs running and more importantly...the male lion was pacing and getting ready to roar. Even the driver stopped to see this!!!

It kinda is like the jellybeans in a jar. I never even counted how many I took in September. I am sure this trip there will be more. :rotfl2:

 That is a great image! You in a gerbil ball trying to get to Wilderness Lodge.
My mom isn't too keen on Hollywood Studios but I think I will be able to get in enough time there before she arrives.

I'm really intrigued to see AK at night.
I'm hoping that a dinner at Cali works. I already know what I want. The pork with goat cheese polenta, are you shocked?

Ok I will say 223.
:thumbsup2

What I end up doing will probably be totally different from what I'm planning on doing. :rotfl:

I'm really feeling somewhere around 316
:thumbsup2

I'm thinking around 215.
It's interesting to see all the guesses.

You have completely sold me on AK at night!! What wonderful pictures.

I am going to guess a little lower-I say 97 light fixtures!!
:thumbsup2

For some reason, saying that I have 16 days left seems a lot closer than 17 days. Funny how that works.

My crooked picture of the castle during Wishes.

While we were waiting for Wishes, Marc tried to get a photo of me.

I won't bore you with the 8 other pictures that didn't turn out. I was getting a little impatient and this was the next picture he took.

*IF I EVER SEE THIS PICTURE ON A TSHIRT OR ANY OTHER PLACE ON THIS DIS, FACEBOOK, TWITTER, ETC. I WILL PAY YOU BACK!* :rolleyes1

When Princesses Go Bad.

I hope that picture makes all of your days. Of course, Marc would capture this one perfectly. :headache: I have a lot of pictures of me with frustrated looks, tongue sticking out since it takes Marc a month to take a picture. :rolleyes1

I like this one much better.

I love your pictures and again, you cracked me up with that. I remember some months back and I was with you guys in chat and was crying over something (what? I don't remember...) and you linked that to me so I would laugh and laugh and laugh. You rock, LL!

OK LL, you have to clarify...is the winner the person closest to the actual number of photos or closest without going over? your answer will change my strategy :rotfl:

LL you are a brave woman for posting that pic! I don't think I could ever do it! :rotfl:

As for the light fixtures, is this like the Price is Right? Closest without going over? :rotfl2: My guess is going to be high. I'll say 315. :goodvibes

I can laugh at myself, and I think it's just funny since Marc captured that image of all the possible ones he could have gotten. :lmao:

The closest without going over. So if you guess 65 and the answer is really 64, you wouldn't win because your guess was over the answer. Does that make sense? Now that I am thinking about it, I am confusing myself. :rotfl:

I'm brave...or stupid. Yes, it is like the Price is Right.
