Supercallifragilistic-ADR'sApproachUs! May '09 PTR *Trip Report has Begun! Pg. 208*

We had never done Living with the Land until our last trip in December 2008. DH, DS, and myself all loved it. I dont know why we had never done it before. My DH still tells people about it.

Love the new bag from Wal Mart. Take 1 or 2 with you and then you can decide what is the most comfortable, and you can match your outfit as well.

Le Cellier-I have to say Cheddar Cheese soup with Mushroom Filet all the way. Gives me a rumbly tumbly just thinking about it. :cloud9:

I've never done Living with the Land before, but I think I'd really like it.:goodvibes Thanks for the neat pictures. Do you get to ride a boat The Land?

Nope, it's one of those great unexplained things, like when one sock goes missing. I actually had been missing my tank top for a few weeks. Couldn't find it anywhere no matter how much I searched for it. Last night it finally turned up when I went to change my sheets to a set I haven't used in ages. They were stuck in the middle of the fitted sheet. :rotfl: Who knows maybe the gorilla pod will turn up one of these days.
I hate that when stuff goes missing like that. Usually as soon as I replace it, it turns up. :sad2:

Just signing on, I read up until it turned into a solo trip and now have to get to work lol! We miss you by a week! :(
Oh, that is too bad!! I will have to go check out your PTR. Thanks for reading!

I love Living with the Land! That is how Marc is about Soarin', that is the first thing he tells people about when we talk Disney.

I do think I will bring the new Walmart bag and the sling backpack. :thumbsup2

The soup is that good, eh? Hmmm.....

I love your land pictures. I am looking forward to your live updates.
:thumbsup2 I'm looking forward to doing them.

Yes, Living with the Land is a neat little boat ride. It use to have a CM narrating but now it's a recording. But it's still a nice little break. :thumbsup2 I bet your kids would really like it, especially after hearing about how they went to that camp last year. :goodvibes

just wanted to say "hi"!
I read all of your report sans comments. Your trip looks fantastic. I think it is awesome how it worked out with Jen and your Mom. Can't wait to keep up with all of your plans--comments included now.

I really look forward to seeing Living with the Land as well. I find it hard to visualize with everyone's pictures.

I liked your bag update, LL, and I think the pink scarf instead of the strap was a very chic thing of you to do! Loves it!

I LOVE Living with the Land! My mom and I got to ride it during one of our Epcot excursions and it was such a nice break. :goodvibes

I have fond childhood memories of Living with the Land too. We used to eat in the revolving restaurant - I don't remember the name and don't even think it was a character meal. But I remember the fact that the restaurant was moving being so cool and I do believe that they used to have the butter pats in the shape of mickey's head. Hey- it's the little things. :confused3 And oh how I loved the old song to that attraction. :lovestruc

All these comments remembering about having such good childhood memories of the Living with the Land makes me very excited to create some with my own kiddos. Thanks for the great pics.

We've never done Living With the Land but are planning on riding it Saturday!!:cool1::cool1: I've almost never seen a line for it either. You got some great pictures, thank you for sharing them!:goodvibes

I remember this too...of course, didn't until you mentioned it!! Good Memory!!! Ahhh....brings back such good memories!!:cloud9:

I KNEW you would be the most difficult to keep up with when I left for the weekend!:rotfl2:
SO sorry to hear about your bag whoa's! Definitely love the chic pink scarf, hopefully carrying that around for a while will prove to be the perfect Disney bag for you this trip!
I really really want to eat at Le Cellier. I am not a big steak order-outer'er (that's a word right?;)) and I normally order the chicken dishes as well, but I think that you should order the steak also. Steakhouse should equal most excellent steaks!
Love love love living with the land. I really want to go on the tour too! Dbf loves it especially because of all the aquaculture inside, but I would love to have a mini version of it in my house! Every fruit and veggie right at your fingertips! :thumbsup2

:thumbsup2

Personally, I think everyone needs a nine pound lemon, particularly on a hot day like today! That's a lotta lemonade!

Great Livin' with the Land pics! I wish we would have made it on that attraction in November or January, it's so much fun. It's a MUST for December.

It always reminds me of a warm day - spring and good yummy fresh salads. Too bad it's not warm here. :sad2: I'll just pretend I'm in Orlando. :goodvibes

Apparently I need to check the DIS on the weekends. Man I can't keep up with this PTR LL!

LeCellier, I'd have to go with the filet. Like a previous poster mentioned, it is a steakhouse so it has to be good!

Your new bag is cute! I'm not a fan of pink, but I like how you came up with the idea of that scarf for the strap. Very creative! :thumbsup2

I haven't ridden Living with the Land since they automated it. Next time! :goodvibes

Thanks about the bag, I hope it works out the way I want it too.

I LOVE Living with the Land! My mom and I got to ride it during one of our Epcot excursions and it was such a nice break. :goodvibes
It really is one of the rides where you can just relax.

I think moving restaurants are awesome, there should be more of them around. Butter pats in the shape of Mickey are AWESOME. :rotfl:

All these comments remembering about having such good childhood memories of the Living with the Land makes me very excited to create some with my own kiddos. Thanks for the great pics.
Aww, that is so sweet! You create lots and lots of memories with your kiddos.

We've never done Living With the Land but are planning on riding it Saturday!!:cool1::cool1: I've almost never seen a line for it either. You got some great pictures, thank you for sharing them!:goodvibes
WOO HOO for riding it on SATURDAY!!! If there is a line, they do have Fast Pass!

Perfect pictures for a spring day! The hydroponic lettuce is great! :thumbsup2
I love the lettuce, I think it's so pretty.

I remember this too...of course, didn't until you mentioned it!! Good Memory!!! Ahhh....brings back such good memories!!:cloud9:

Sorry! I am chatty, I can't help it. :rotfl:

I can't believe that you all love my bag, I was sure you would all tell me it was ugly. :rotfl2:

You should eat at Le Cellier next time you go to Disney, it is quite delicious!

Personally, I think everyone needs a nine pound lemon, particularly on a hot day like today! That's a lotta lemonade!
:rotfl: I think you are right, MEK!
