I don't like hot liquids either nor do I like tea. I do love my Mt. Dew though so that is what I drink when we drive from Omaha to Montreal.

Mt. Dew is a good choice. We're going to bring a small cooler so we can bring some drinks and ice.

I think I should take the first shift of driving, since I'm working that day. Get myself good and tired and let Marc take over for a bit.

See, I don't drink coffee or energy drinks. I'm going to have to find something to help me through! I am really looking forward to staying at POR, it's going to be lots of fun.

If I only lived 8 hours from Disney, I think I would be there once a month.

That's a good idea, about driving until you get tired. Then set your cell phone alarm to wake up up after X hours to make Marc let you take over.

I used Podcasts (Disney of course) to stay awake. They're fun & entertaining, filled with information, and music puts me to sleep, so it worked for me!

And amen to 8 hours! Sheesh, that's my GOAL!

All right, I just fininshed reading everything! Your plans, thus far, are great. I have a serious problem shopping for Disney too! I think I need to go through my clothes too, i'm sure there is plenty I can wear again! My biggest spending problem is buying for my DD. There are so many cute clothes out there for her. I'm gonna post some of my purchases on my PTR soon.

We are using the Mickey heads for our countdown calendar too. I'm not starting it until we have 100 days, but I have raided my local HD for the paint chips! Where did you get your countdown poster made? I love it!

As far as having a baby, we had problems getting preggers too! It took us over 2 years to get pregs with DD. I have Polycystic Ovaries, UGH! It's hard though, when you really want kids and just can't get there! We have been trying for #2 since we got back from our last WDW vacay in May, 2008. All I can really say is, "Hang in there!"

It's really hard not to overbuy but I am trying to be good. I am going to wait until April to assess my capri situation. I think really, that is the only thing that I will really need.

I made the poster through photobucket and they go through a company called Qoop. The quality of the poster is awesome and you could decide how many pictures you wanted to put on it too.

I'm so excited to have found your PTR. We are also going in May and doing the road trip. Although I give you so much credit for doing the drive in 1 day. We are driving from Pa, and stopping in Florence SC for the night. A little more than 8 hours one day and 8 hours the 2nd day. We are leaving on May 15th and returning on May 23rd. I'm subscribing to keep up with everything as this is our first real road trip and first time I planned a WDW vacation.

For my drive (since you just found out what inhumane hour I'm leaving at) like Julez I will have Disney CD music, my MP3 to plug into the radio with PODcasts...which I plan on downloading onto my computer tonight!! I have plenty of entertainment that will keep me awake...of course I'm splurging and I will have at least 1 Dr. Pepper with me LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just have to share this with all of you. This morning, Marc calls me while I'm at work like normally does when he gets home from work. He tells me that he has some very exciting news. I'm all excited, a bonus from work? An chance for some overtime? You won the lottery?

No. No. And sadly, no.

My husband joined the DIS!

My husband who was skeptical of adults enjoying Disney, who doubted my enthusiasm for our September '08 trip, joined the DIS. It's one of those moments like when he proclaimed that Peter Pan was cool or when he belly laughed through Toy Story Mania or when he claimed that we should always stay at Wilderness Lodge after being in our room for 5 minutes or when he keeps telling me we really have to buy into DVC. I am so proud.

I told him he should post on here, we'll have to wait and see if he does. But that ruins my next update because it was a surprise-ish thing for him. It's okay. I can still tell you about it, just not the details.

In my dream he found some buddies and they went on a guys trip to WDW and he created a trip report. Seriously! I totally did dream this. I'm psychic!! I just told Marc and he said, "Yeah, I can't wait to tell you all about that trip we guys are planning. One of the guys is dressing up as Donald Duck, another a pirate...."

I don't believe there were costumes in my dream but there were 3 of them and they had quite a few tales to tell. I remember "his" TR starting with how the idea of the trip started and then going into all their crazy details. You never know.

It is sweet in Marc Speak. He's quite funny most of the time. He keeps me laughing.
