Superbowl Ticket Phone Number

My parents won the Superbowl ticket but lost the cards they were mailed. I remember back in the late winter/early spring there was a phone number posted to call to get your confirmation number. I searched, but couldn't find it. Does anyone have it?

They called the regular Universal number and they told them they were out of luck unless they found the vouchers. They said they did not have a record of who won the tickets. I don't think this is true though.

I either never received my voucher in the mail or accidently threw it away thinking it was junk mail. So I figured I was out my ticket. I went ahead and bought AP's for the whole family, but still wanted to get my free ticket.

I printed out the confirmation email they sent back in March saying I had won a free ticket. I took that letter and my license and went to Guest Services. The TM didn't even look at my letter, but took my license and a minute later handed me a free ticket. It expired at the end of this year. I passed my unused ticket on to a Disser who could use it.

They should be able to get their tickets, I did.

Guest Services
Main Number: 407-224-4233, choose option 2 Otherwise, just go to Guest Services with a photo ID for each winner to pick up the tickets. They do expire the end of December.
