New Jesse’s Roundup

Is this a character meal? I’m reading mixed information. Some saying the new Jesse’s Roundup which will be in the Diamond Horseshoe is going to be meeting the characters. Other articles are saying it’s just a show and you don’t actually get to take pictures with them. Also when do the reservations become available?

My reservation day is coming up and I’d like to do it if we meet the characters but not if it’s a show.

There's definitely no food; it honestly feels like a Toy Story version of Mickey's Clubhouse at Hollywood Studios. If it’s truly an ongoing show, I doubt there would be any pictures taken that resemble a meet and greet.
