Super Walmart in haines city ???

Hi
If anyone knows is the Super Walmart in Haines City the same, better or worst then the one on 192? We are staying on 192 near Road that goes to Haines City and i figured it would be just as easy to go to that Walmart than the one on 192 with 75 traffic lights.

Also if anyone knows I saw a PriceRite store on the map, anyone ever been. I go to the one here for my fruit and vetables.

Any other good shopping places out that way?

OK ..I pass by that WalMart when going to Disney from my mom's house in Lake Wales....it's still pretty far out from Disney, but I'm not sure where the Walmarts are in Orlando either. It seemed like forever to get to Walmart to pick up diapers on our way back to my mom's from Disney. As far as other stores..can't say that anything stands out in that area.

It is less crowded than the one on 192. I live between those 2 stores. It is further to drive. There is also a Wal Mart on the Osceola Parkway that is very nice, never crowded. If you are looking for a quick trip to a Wal Mart I would try that one.

If you go to the WalMart site, and click on locations, select the one you want, click on directions it will map it for you from where you are staying.

I wish not to be negative but you just have to imagine what that questions sounds like to a person that wont step foot in a walmart.

From where we are staying this is the miles. One of the reasons I was asking is people said the food shopping was good at Walmart but the West Vine st stores are crowded. Also we are way down on 192 nearer to 27 so thought only 2 miles difference would be easier to get to rather than 192 where there is a red light every block. Also what kind of road is 27? Lots of lights?

I really did not like the John Young store, too dirty, too crowded and the staff was totally unhelpful.

I like the West Vine store (route 192). I like the staff there, very nice and very helpful. Check out, however is slow. BUT, the prices are really good.

I don't have a clue where rte. 27 is, but, it is further away and once you pass the 535/192 intersection, it is really an easy ride.

If you are closer to 27 then go to the Haines City store!!!! Lot less driving around. Much easier than trying to fight 192 traffic.

P.S. Gail Before Disney we use to vacation at Frank Davis Resort.

Sorry, checked the map and it over by Hampton, Ct near Moodus.
Its a nice resort in CT, sort of like the place in Dirty Dancing only a lot more middle class. LOL
Lots of fun, we just out grew it.

I used to live in Ledyard, so, Moodus was not all that far away, but, I never heard of it.

Actually, I spent all of our vacation time, before Disney, showing horses in West Springfield, MA. Hell of a way to spend a vacation.
