I just sent Kassie an email and let her know what happened lol. I cannot believe that happened out of all the thousands of people that were there that weekend. Did you get to meet her? I love her she is sooooo sweet. That was my second time seeing her in person, but I have been talking to her online for four years. She is the most down to earth person. I cannot wait to show this to my mom tomorrow morning. I wish she was awake now.

Unfortunately I didn't get to meet Kassie but she has always seemed super sweet. I saw her at the dysfunction junction talk show on Sat. and the game show on Sun. and she was hilarious! I am so glad I made you smile. I can't believe the astronomical odds of this! I remember saying to myself "what a cute hat and how sweet she was to model it for that girl." Who knew it was "one of us!"

Kassie actually made the hat. It is one of the Happy Hats she had on her site. The money goes to the league for hard of hearing. She had just mailed it to me so I brought it down to show her i got it.

That was the one. OMG, JP was so funny. I loved when the soap sisters all took off their shoes too and it took JP a minute to catch on...lol.

That hat is so cute! Too bad I live in Florida and would NEVER have an occasion to wear one in this heat.

What great pictures of the weekend. I was one of those girls, "I don't watch but sis in law does", she was having so much fun. She called our all girl trip and SSW, "Star-tacular", you know spectacular......... But with the Stars. It was a zoo there, we didn't see the parade Saturday night, but watched Sunday. We sure had fun.

Does anyone know what month Disney usually confirms the dates for the next Super Soap Weekend? I'm guessing that it will probably be Nov. 8th and 9th, that seems to be the pattern of the last few years...but who knows, they could change it. I wish they would confirm the dates for those people who have to put in their vacation time FAR in advance!

Does anyone have info on this??

It is going to be that date. It has been that weekend for the past 12 years, and people start booking theirs early so I would just assume that is it, thats what I am doing.

It would be nice if they would confirm that for people who want to make there ressies early and be sure that ssw is on the weekend. Everytime I call they say there the dates aren't known yet and aren't usually released until a few months before. Yikes!

But, the last two years we went, it was the last weekend of Food and Wine Fest and the MVMCP started the monday after ssw, so it seems that would fit this year. So, I agree it seems that is when SSW is, but has anyone heard anything more definite or confirmed for those dates?

Every year it has been during veterans day weekend. I am booking my trip for that week. I have no doubt they will do it again that weekend. They just don't release it officially until really late. I don't like waiting that long to book.
