Super Soap autograph fast passes effect on regular FP?

The Disney site says it wil have fast pass machines for autographs on Super Soap Weekend.

How will this effect other fast passes?

Can you get an autograph fast pass and immeadiately get a ride fast pass or do the 2 hour/ start time rule apply?

Will this effect ride lines with autograph seekers getting fast passes and then hitting the attractions until then?

I emailed Disney and asked them how the autograph fast passes would effect the ride fast passes on Super Soap Weekend.
This is their reply. I do not understand exactly what they are telling me. Any interpretation of this?

attractions at the Disney MGM Studios.

I interpret it to mean that when you fetch an Autograph fastpass, you must, as usual, wait until that fastpass matures or two hours (reduced to as little as 45 minutes during less busy times) whichever is less.

The Autograph area is an attraction just like a ride or a show.

And a fastpass is a fastpass.

Certain malfunctions, notably if a fastpass machine becomes disconnected from the park-wide network of same, allow you to fetch another fastpass elsewhere immediately. You won't discover such a malfunction unless you try.

I dont think so....there's other things going on related to SSW so folks will be busy doing the other stuff. Lines for other attractions should be normal.
