Super Shuttle Question

I am hoping someone has done this, or possibly will know the answer. I have a friend who wants to join me for my upcoming birthday trip to the Disneyland Resort. My hotel is booked. I am flying in from Chicago. She is handicapped, and uses a scooter. She lives in San Fernando, California. Her problem is she has no way to get from her home to the hotel, and back. She is working on getting a ride, but that might mean she has to stay an extra night in the hotel, in order to get a ride back home. It has become quite complicated. Couldn't she/we/I book her a ride through Super Shuttle, round trip. It would be from her home to the Anaheim Desert Inn, and then from the Anaheim Desert Innback to her home. I did not pay much when I needed a shuttle.

I don't think it needs to be complicated. Can your friend use Uber or Lyft to pick her up at her home and drop her off at the hotel? Then do the reverse after check out? You can price the trip online to see which company offers the better deal. It sounds like your friend might be able to work out a ride getting to DLR, so she would only need to arrange for her ride back home. If so, then a one way trip would be even less expensive for her.

Using addresses for SS gives you a higher rate than using hotel names. So it's going to be higher going from and to a home. And they'll have to make sure the shuttle can accommodate her scooter.
