Super Shuttle help needed

Hi DISers!

I am hoping that you can help me! I am trying to book online from the SNA airport to the Red Lion hotel on Harbor and when I try to type in the hotel it doesn't recognize it and wants me to put in an address. Only problem is this is more expensive. I was hoping to book DH & I separately using the $3 off code I found here on the DIS. Any help or advice for me? I have never used SuperShuttle before and find this very frustrating.

I just got it to work.

Only type in "red", nothing else. Then be sure to scroll down in the little results box, and I see Red Lion Inn at 1850 S Harbor. Is that right?

Keep going through the process. Same thing happened to me when I booked. It couldn't find my hotel, but after I entered the address, picked the car type, etc, it figured out it was a hotel and not a house, a pop up came up and it re-set it to $10 and did everything correct.

Yes, thank you! I finally figured it out. On a diff. note, how much to tip the shuttle drivers, if at all?

Usually tip based upon the regular fare, not discounted fare... around 20% with a minimum of $5 is usually fare for good service.
