super shuttle anyone?

has anyone here taken super shuttle b4? and if u did, how was ur experience. my hotel suggested it as a way of transportation and their fares are cheap. only thing if i been looking online and a lot of people have been complaining about it. what is your take?

We used supershuttle to and from the DLH in mid May. Everything went smooth for us. We had reservations and walked right to the loading zone. Waited a bit not long though and then we were off. They then picked us up at our designated time ath the DLH to the airport. We would use them again.

Nope, just walk out and find one of their signs...there is someone there to get you a shuttle.

On the way from LAX, we took a "disneyland express" that stopped at 2 residential spots first... it took too long!
On the way back, it loaded 2 families at the GCH (ours and another) and we left and went straight to the airport... much better...

It was ok... just sucked to get the residential stops on the way.
