Background: So we literally only decided for sure this week to keep our December sailing on the Wish. We thought about a last minute fare in November or moving it to the spring or cancelling altogether before we came to this conclusion. Monday, we ended up renting some DVC points to a neighbor to help offset the higher cost. We aren’t interested in booking a ton of excursions because this is cruise number 10 for us and it is legitimately is to check out the Wish before my oldest son turns 18 in a few months.
Today: This is my PIF date. It says my cruise will cancel at 11:59PM. This morning, I tried to pay but the screen kept refreshing and never let me to put in my card details. So this afternoon I call DCL and tell her I’d like to pay. She tells me that the payment system has been down all day and that she can’t accept my information. She assures me that DCL has turned off the auto cancellation feature and I’ll be fine.
Just sharing with my virtual friends…I’m really having a hard time believing her and am fairly worried that I’m going log in in the morning and my cruise won’t be there….
