Super Long Counter Thread

I can remember when my counter was in the 900s!
It is fun watching the time tick away though. I like my first counter better and can't wait til my Disney counter looks like that one!

I got rid of my Disney counter...it was driving me batty!! It's somewhere in the 500+ area, but I'm just going to wait til about June of next year to put it back up. Makes the time seem shorter when I see less than 365 days. I love the way my counter looks now for the Atlanta Zoo....getting really close to reaching the 100+ mark!

I have quit looking at my counter all the time. I only look every so often, then it seems to go down faster!!

Our countdowns are pretty close! I need another countdown for that wonderful time when we can make our airline reservations and then reserve our Poly room!! :thewave:

WOW...I truly admire all the patience everyone has with the long counters. We are going again in 2 yrs, but I won't make that counter until a few months before. Honestly, looking at a countdown ticker depresses me

But for now, sunny dats are here again (unless Ivan interferes)

Just had to look at mine...I think somedays it HAS TO BE BROKEN or time is not a Disney fan, because it seems like my trip is farther away now than a month ago!!! I CAN'T WAIT!!!

Yea - I am about 350 days away - Once I finalize dates I will put my Disney counter up again.

I am still sad about being home. It is a terrible thing! I can not wait to be back in WDW!

My trip counter to WDW isn't that far off, but our next cruise is, boo hoo! If it were up to me (and not DH) we'd be crusing DCL this Nov not next year. I can't complain too much though, DH is wonderful and lets me plan a big vacation every year! Gotta love that man of mine !!!

Ah well, I think my counter is still the biggest on the "Dis" But I haven't given up hope - I'm job searching this year and hoping that something closer to WDW opens up!

I just added the counter for Dh's and I anniversary last min. trip for Feb. I just couldn't stand waiting till 2006. Its just going to be a really cheap weekend trip but we'll be there. Now only if i can keep it a secret from Dh. LOL

We were just there in Sept & planned for another Sept trip (just b4 dd turns 3 & has to start paying!), but dh surprised me last night by saying why don't we go to WDW for our 2005 family trip! So I better go change my counter (yes, it will still be long, but not as long!).
