I ordered a present from Disneyshopping. I received it today and one of the pieces was cracked. I called them up hoping they would be able to send me a new one, and I would send back the old one. And the amazing CM told me to donate it to a worthy cause and she would be sending me out a new one right away.
It was a huge surprise and I couldn't be any happier with the way it was handled.
(the piece isn't really badly damaged, just enough that since I paid for it I would like a new one, so now I just have to figure out where to donate it to)
