We just joined DIsboards a few days ago. Didn't know something like this existed. We are also from Orange County (Fullerton) and traveling with our only daughter (Cassie) also age 11. It would be great for our daughter to get to know others as well before the cruise. I'm told we new 10 posts before we can send a PM. I'll try to get them done soon so that we can have them exchange e-mail addresses if you'd like.

We will be staying at AKL pre-cruise. We will try to get to the Dis Meet on board in Dlounge depending on when the DCL bus gets us to port and we get settled in. I can't wait to start packing!!!

I'm the organizer of our official DIS Meet that will take place on embarkation day, Saturday, April 19th at 2:45pm in DLounge. This will be a private event just for our group. Sorry, just joined DISboards, read the threads, and read about FE. Is it too late to join FE list? Our family that is traveling includes (myself) Susan, Ivan, Sienna (6), Tayla (4) and Bradley (7months) along with the in-laws Jadia and Hon.

Also, is there a link to the easter activities that for the cruise? Not sure if I should pack stuff an "Easter" basket for the kids.

My DD Jessica (10 1/2) would love to meet up with Nina and Cassie. We will try to get to the Dis meet if not there then I am sure they will meet at some point. There seems to be lots of boys on this trip and not as many girls.

We are hoping to make the Dis meet as well. Nina is psyched to hang out in the in the lab but hoping to bump up to the edge if they will let her (she's not 11 til October.)

So excited - this time 2 weeks from right now we will be airborne!!!

my family and I are doing our 2nd cruise would like to join the fish extenders group. Is it do late? what else do I do. I have already ordered and started to make our things what else do i need to do and where do i see everyone taking part (if it's not to late to join *fingers crossed*)

I cant believe I forgot to post on here. 2 years planning for my parents 50th anniversary cruise/WDW stay is almost here and I forgot to check in. Not a usual poster but more of a lurker for info you could say. We are coming with my family. I am Dan, DW Laura, DS's Jacob 12 and Joey 3 and DD Jenna 8. Brothers family with triplets 16th birthday on sailing date and my parents. We all reside in Wisconsin. We will be the group of 12 at the early dining. lol. I have a lot of catching up on the board so just thought I'd check in quick before my day of reading. I may have checked in long ago and forgot. I need to check my history. lol

This is just a note to the two people that posted on this board that they were interested in participating in the FE. I need to hear from you by tomorrow. I need to get a list out to the people that are participating with you. Unfortunately this is the Last Call If I don't hear from you I have to finalize the list. Sure! We are trying Jambo pre-cruise and get in Thurs evening. Loved Kidani when we stayed in February. We are also DVC members and joined June 2013 so we are definitely newbies!!

We are new to this board, but we booked our cruise over a year ago. I initially regretted not using it as a surprise (just showing up at the port with the kids not knowing the destination), but will say the year of anticipation has been great! I do regret not getting online earlier since you seasoned cruisers have been very helpful! See you in about 2 weeks
