SUPER Budget trip...can this be done?

I know nothing about tolls, but I can offer a little gas advice from a fellow van driver. We have a 1999 GMC Safari(basically a box on wheels) with a 25-gallon tank. If I leave home with a full tank, I get as far as Brunswick, GA, where the gas seems to be the cheapest(this is on 95). We like exit 29, but exits 14, 6, and 1 will do, too. The gas price is usually @ 10 cents cheaper at these exits...I paid $1.26 at exit 29 a few days ago. From Brunswick, it takes exactly half a tank to get to WDW(a little more if we get caught in construction delays...expect these between Daytona and Orlando). We usually drive to most parks, using about a fourth of a tank during most trips, and put $10 worth of gas in at the Exxon on Disney property (across from Downtown Disney). Gas here has been $1.59 for more than a month now, which is less than the gas stations near the Crossroads. If we leave Orlando with half a tank, we get back to exit 29 where we fill up again, and that gets us home. I currently get about 17-19 miles to the gallon...a little less than when I first bought the gas hog 4 years ago!

Fill up in Georgia. Do NOT arrive in Florida with an empty tank. Gas is much more expensive.

My dad has it figured out to an art how much gas his RV takes to get to the GA line! LOL!

Thank you, thank you, thank you.......!!!! I've been looking everywhere for someone to give me an idea of how much gas it would take so I could budget a little more appropriately!!!!

We're from Burlington County and will be driving a van...it takes a lot to fill it up but it drives forever...

This has to be the best of all the unofficial Disney sites!!!!

We;re right on the Burlington County/Camden County line.. so I know what you are speaking of...

We will be taking 295 to the DE Memorial Bridge, and then I95 from there. We usually take the BFB, or BR bridge to go to Philly, so we aren't used to the DE Memoiral. .. ( I was told $2 for that bridge, but there is some discrepency if it is $3, not $2.) There is a DE turnpike toll booth right outside NewarK De..., and then you willhave another one in MD... nothing in DC proper, and nothing in VA either. From there its NC, SC, GA, and then Florida.

Backin the day when we took our Windstar, it was four tanks at about $15 -20 each... , so the gas was higher.
