Super Bowl thoughts

Okay, I've spent my my entire adult life waiting for this moment! (Tampa got the NFL franchise my senior year in high school).

1). Jon Gruden is a genius. Tony Dungy is definitely a better role model and a better family man, but that doesn't necessarily translate into championships.

2). Tampa Bay's defense is so good that a "no name" is the MVP and is going to Disney World!!! (Kudos to Dexter Jackson!)

3). Is there any doubt left - Defense wins championships!!


Love ya Bucs! WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!!!

Honeywolf,

I'd love to say that he is, but he is not. He's a workaholic, and spends almost NO time with his wife and children during the season.

He's well-know for spending 20 hours a day at the office.

As much as I admire that kind of dedication, and the obvious success that it's brought to the Bucs, I can't help but feel bad for the price his wife and 3 children pay for his dedication to his job.

Congrats to the Bucs, Bet - that was a really dominating performance! I know the Bucs have been through some lean times - this win must be really, really satisfying!

When my students asked me, I said I could not "bet" against the Bucs because of how strong their defense is. After a slow start, Tampa Bay just played awesome! Congrats.

Way to go Bucs!! I have been a fan since I watched them practice at WWoS this past summer. I can't wait to see them practice again this summer when I am back at WDW!!!

The game was AWESOME and I was glad to hear the people in the Tampa area celebrated with respect........unlike what has been reported in Oakland.
