I do not seek out Super Bowl commercials either before or during the game. I am sure I will see some of the ads somewhere, but I won't be watching the game.
That is partly because I am not into football and partly because for several years before I retired I was assigned the task of going through the entire Super Bowl recording the day after and editing all the commercials into one file. Certainly a necessary task for doing stories on the commercials that were hits or were duds. But my boss did say the pity commentary in the list of commercials had some entertainment value to the staff.
