Super annoying ticker

I HATE the moving ticker that now appears at the top of the page. It's an ad for Disney Cruises at the moment. I really can't stand things that move while I'm trying to read something else.

I know this will probably get moved, but I like complaining to people I know, LOL.

if you click in the box, the X comes up to dismiss the notice...
don't know if you have to do it on every post.. but at lest it does on the ones you open..

Doesnt matter if you think its petty... someone is annoyed by it and chose to say something... it can be annoying to someone who has visual issues.

Thank you. Yes, it is very annoying to me for that reason. I can't watch things that flash too much, either. I can't read posts from people with moving tickers or signatures except for those little smilies. My adblock doesn't work on this ad ticker, but thanks to nikkislaght, I now know how to stop it!

NO problems... I have visual issues too, and sometimes want to smash screens with scrolling stuff.. have a great day ..
