sunterra club at cypress point?

Condo Direct is offering the Sunterra Club at Cypress Point for next spring. I was curious if this is a new "phase" for CP or just another name for the complex.

Cypress Pointe was "Phase One" of the resort, and "Phase Two" was Cypress Pointe Grand Villas. It took me awhile to get it straight also.

I think Sunterra is the "parent" of a lot of different resorts. Like an umbrella with many resorts underneath. I think that is one way to explain it.

I looked at condodirect's site, and for some reason, in the pictures for CP they show some place in Arizona as the outside view of the resort. All of the other pictures look like they belong to CP. But the one that shows the red stone mountains, and the cactus on the golf course is obviously NOT Orlando.

Same resort. Just like Sheraton owns Vistana Resort, and WDW owns all their resorts, Sunterra is the major company in charge of CP.
