Sunshine Seasons at The Land/Epcot

On Sunshine Seasons' menu, there's Asian Noodles: Select two entree items with two sides.

• What exactly are the selctions for entree and for the sides?
• This seems like it would be big enough for sharing. Is this the case?

Also, on Kids menu, what are in the Make Your Own Mini Sub Sandwich? Was wondering the selection is what my kids would eat.

We eat there at least twice every trip so you'd think I would remember what was at the Asian station . I always get the ceasar salad and it is huge.
DH always goes to the Asian station and I remember him getting beef & broccoli and sweet and sour chicken and rice. I don't remember another side. We always get dd's there as well and she got lo mein noodles, broccoli and rice. I do think the entrees change so that's why I'm blanking on what DH gets. There's usually a chicken dish, beef dish, noodle dish and rice. I remember DH's lunch being pretty big - I know dd ate some of his chicken.

We've never done the kids mini sub so I can't answer that.

We had this in Aug 2006. It is your fake Chinese food from a food court. We had Mongolian Beef and Szechuan Chicken (both spicy) with choice of Shanghai noodles, mashed potatoes ,plain steamed rice, corn, green beans. They use the same size round plate as your breakfast from the resorts. It all depends on the cm who fills your plate and how generous they are feeling. The best part was the dessert:strawberry shortcake(or anything from their bakery window) My son had the kid's sub and you get a typical small dinner roll with 2 slices of ham, lettuce and tomato with side of apple sauce. My son loved it because it was plain.(he is picky)

We also had the grilled tuna-on salad and that was very good.

I would say this counterservice is a hit or miss depending on how busy they are and how long the food has been sitting under the lamps. It's cafeteria style so feel free to walk around and have a good look before ordering.
