sunshine seasons and DP

Are you limited to anything with the DP at the sunshine seasons?
If you choose the asian food, what can you get? I know they offer combo meals with either 1 entree or 2 entrees.

I'm on the deluxe plan and I wanted to make sure I get my value worth since I'm choosing this over a TS. I just don't want to do 3 TS in a day and the desserts from here look awesome!

Well we didn't get a meal at the SS place...but we did use a 'snack' credit there....and it was absolutely some of the best cake I've ever had. It was very light and very very strawberry....delish!! (not to mention a great snack value choice)

I always get the Chinese combo, my DW has had soup/sandwich and other things. At SS cafe you can get any combo or entree, drink and desert (fruit is a desert). It's my second best CS meal at Epcot, I like the Tangerine Cafe.

Wow!!!!!

To be honest, I didn't want to do a whole meal here, I just wanted to go for the bakery items, but I didn't think I was allowed to get this stuff with snack credits.
My DH has strictly told me that after all this money I'm spending for my trip, there is no way he is going to pay for anything OOP and I already have 2 other TS meals scheduled for that day, but if I could get just desserts with snack credits, that would be awesome!
Anyone know for sure if Sunshine seasons lets you use snack credits for the cakes?

This is what we used to purchase the cake...snack credits. You should have no problem...I fully intend to have more this June

Wow. If I can get cakes/treats from there with my snack credits, that would be awesome. I wasn't sure where I would use all those snack credits, but I'll be in Epcot 3 days, so I'm considering using a bunch of snack credits in Sunshine seasons and the bakery in France.

Not sure if you like this however, I love the counter service options at Sunshine Seasons. My favorite is in the rotisserie section, the grilled salmon with mashed potatoes and an olive tapenade.....let's just say WOW! Plus the dessert options.....this is one of the best counter service in all of WDW. The rotisserie chicken looks good too but I am partial to fish. And I even believe the salmon they use is actually farmed right there in the Land Pavillion.

It is worth using the DDDP as an option here. The quickness of Counter Service but the taste of Table Service.

I am using the DxDDP for my May trip. I too didn't want three meals a day. What I'm doing is using a snack credit for breakfast, TS for the earliest available lunch seating, then eating at 2 TS Signature Restaurants every night. I'll be in Epcot my first night, so am thinking about running by the French and the Norwegian bakeries to pick up some things to go in the room fridge to have for breakfast the first few mornings. I'll be staying at POFQ, so will also be able to use snack credits for beignets for breakfast. I've done the basic DDP several times and since we are not big snackers always have snack credits left over that we use for fudge our last day at Goofy's Candy Factory. Since fudge is no longer on the 2008 snack list, I too was wondering what I was going to do with all those snack credits.
