Here's my story..see if anyone else has had this problem. Before my Dec 07 trip I was doing everything I could to get rewards from SR. After my trip I slacked off a bit but I still went on the site a couple times a week. Then in Feb I bought a few items through them and I didn't get credit (it was my fault I guess I didn't save the sale confirmation). Then in March I can't log on. It states my account was never activated (hello....I have earned quite a bit from them). I am on AOL so I tried every browser I have access to and nothing. I even tried on a friend's computer (one that doesn't use SR) still nothing. I have emailed SR 3 times in the past 8 weeks and I have not gotten a single reply, except for the auto-generated one.

There is a possibility that your emails were bouncing back on them and they deactivated you. I think that happened recently with someone else on here. Yahoo emails are bad about that and a few others. Have you joined the forums and posted a question in the technical issues section so they can look into it for you. I think they'll see it faster there than on here.

I just looked in my "help" email folder and I don't have any emails at all from the last two weeks that were not answered. I have a feeling that they are being bounced for spam.

If our emails to you got bounced back over a period of 7 days and could not get through, our system would have deactivated you. It doesn't "delete" anyone, so your money is still safe. It just deactivates because if the email can't get through, your hosting company assumes that we are spamming you.
