Has anyone taken this tour in Nassau? The picture on Disney's website looks really cool.

Thanks! :flower:

We did it in Feb
DS & DD 8 & 7 at the time

We enjoyed it, it was nice to cruise around on the top deck, we saw one of those sea planes ( that just crashed in MIA) landing right near the ships

WE saw fish and coral and....

You will get mixed opinions on this trip.

You say it was nice to cruise around on the top deck but isn't the better view underneath since it's a glass bottom boat - lol? :confused3

Sorry if that sounds?? Just checking though - :rotfl:

The Capt will take you to "his" designated spot at that time he will let you go down to the "glass bottom" to view whatever is down there,
Which very small children have to be held up to see as there is approx a 3ft wall that you have to peer over down to the glass"bottom".

for the other times you either sit inside on the 1st deck or the top deck to enjoy the view going to & from.

Okay! Thanks for the info - lol!!! :teeth:

Until you get to the site you sit on either the upper or lower level and get a narrated "tour". They pointed out the houses of lots of rich and famous people, including Oprah, the late Richard Harris, Magic Johnson, etc. Once we got to the site they had the folks from one deck go down to where the glass bottom is and they talked about the different things that could be seen. Then they had those folks go back and let the others go down. The thing that most impressed me was that we took my mother who is in a wheelchair. DH had to carry her up the ramp into the boat but then they let us put her right inside a door at the front of the boat and propped the door open so she could look out and over the side since there was no way we could get her down to the lowest level. They were really friendly and open about helping us.
