Sunshine Getaway Package 2003?

Does anyone know when they release information about the Sunsine Getaway package for 2003. I noticed last years started on January 1st and that is when I hope to go again.

The dates included in this promotion are usually the same, so it very well may start January 1st. Walt Disney Travel Company usually releases packages for travel the following year to be booked around September or October.
