I am hoping someone can help me. I asked a similar question a little while ago and it didn't get answered but here it goes.
We really like Sunset Point at the Polynesian but we will have way more than the 18 guests (or less) that are allowed there. We need a place that we can use for a later ceremony. Can you get married on the beach at the Polynesian or Grand Floridian?
Any other ideas ceremony spot ideas for more than 50 guests?
Thanks everyone!

. I know they don't advertise this as an option but it wouldn't hurt to ask
. I am planning an escape at SP for 2010 and they do have a strict 10 person limit, but maybe for wishes they would budge. The space is actually quite large and could probably accomodate more people. I think the problem with more people may be that the site is windy and some parts are on a slant (chairs may tip over on hill or blow over in the wind). Maybe if you are open to having your guests stand for the ceremony (it sounds wierd but my friend did this and it actually gave the ceremony a very intimate feel). I have also heard rumors of people having receptions at Tangaroa Terrace at the Poly- it used to be a restaurant but I've heard they still use it for private events. Just some ideas! It is a beautiful site
. Here's a pic I took at the site last April shortly after we were engaged. Good Luck!
I am going to read through that TR. I am not getting married for at least 2 years so I don't think I can call Disney right? Or can I just call and ask them about it? I am getting very excited about this
