Eczema is tough with sunscreens, nothing is really great, the all can trigger the immune response.
I suggest using one of the light wieght Neutrogena products. (unless allergic)
Most sunscreens it is the base that gives a problem, not the sunscreen itself.
Creamer bases may help moisturize, but also can block sweat and keep it in, making th eczema rash worse.
Best thin is to use nothing, but in the summer sun, lightwieght is better.
Sun helps eczema for some children. Just depends on how much your little ones can take.
