Sunscreen & Beach Towels in Ohio?

Went to Wally World today, and what did I see? Yep, they're getting the summer displays ready! We're talking a whole aisle dedicated to sunscreen! Another whole aisle dedicated to beach towels! This is nuts. We're BURIED in snow here. We're still digging out from a blizzard.
Who in the world is thinking "Oh yeah, I better start stocking up on summer sunscreen before it's all sold out!"?

Now I realize that some people do go on vacation during this time of the year, but this is their SUMMER TIME display! We're not talking about a couple bottles of sunscreen in the cosmetics aisle or beach towels in the towels aisle.
Is anyone here planning on stocking up on sunscreen in the middle of February? (that lives in the north?)

I totally get that people prepare months ahead for Christmas and Easter, but do people really buy ahead for summer like that too?

I feel your pain, April. I live here too and if you needed a snow shovel right now you would be hard pressed to find it.

Fremont! We're practically neighbors! (well used to be anyway) I live in Norwalk.
It's actually getting warmer here, but sunscreen, that's pushing it a bit I think.
