Hi. I need advice on something. I think I only have a day or 2 to decide this:

AKL Concierge called today to say that they are considering adding a Sunrise Safari on the Sunday of my upcoming stay...I have been on a waiting list for the Saturday SS for about 45 days...Apparently they have a LOT of people on the waiting list and may add one the Sunday and wanted to know if I am interested.
I currently have the Family Magic Tour planned for that Sunday at 10am w/ my DD(7) as well as CRT early that morning. Both of these can be cancelled and we could do the Sunrise Safari, which we have never done - my parents would love to do this, I am sure but they are scheduled to drive home early that morning...they'd have to change that to more like an 11am departure. WHEW...sorry this is so convoluted but I'm sort of freaking out b/c I had pretty much given up on the Sunrise Safari. For those of you who have been on the safari...and considering we have done CRT 3 times over the past 3 or 4 years...is the S.Safari an absolute MUST? I hate to give up the Family Magic Tour but we can do that next time.
I'd love your advice:chat:

Liz,
In my opinion, the sunrise safari is absolute must do. It was spectacular. The animals are so close and the information the tour guides give is so much more than the snippets you get on the Kilamanjaro Safari ride.

I took my 4 year old and 2 year old and they were absolutely mesmerized by the animals.

The breakfast at Tusker House is delicious. The varieties of food was awesome, from eggs, to french toast type, all kinds of meats, fruits, juices, and some native dishes.

You will absolutely love the sunrise safari.

Not only do you have to be a AKL, you have to be conceirge level guest.

Sunrise Safari is one of the best if not the best tour at WDW. I would strongly encourage you doing this tour if it opens. We loved the Sunrise Safari and would do it again the next time we stay at AKL.

Have fun.

Thanks everyone for giving me the confidence to go ahead and go with the Sunrise Safari (if they definitely open this up...) I should hear from them today and will snag 4 spots happily:Pinkbounc
